Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut and unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can begin the return process online or contact us at office@larsenlumberco.com.
Returns must be dropped off during our business hours, or sent to the following address: 7064 Mill Rd. Brecksville, OH 44141. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you require us to pick up items for return, upon return acceptance you will be refunded the original payment amount minus the applicable delivery charge.

Damaged or incorrect materials
Please inspect your material upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Special-order and custom-made items cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
