The Strong-Tie BC series offers dual purpose post cap/base for light cap or base connections. The BCS2-3/6Z post cap is approved to be installed only with the specified nails.
The Strong-Tie BCS2-3/6Z post base features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
